The 70 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with streaming, air conditioning, washing machine, and books and toys for children.
A crib and high chair are available on request.
The accommodation has a private terrace, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. Guests have access to shared outdoor facilities: pool, children's garden, and barbecue.
The outdoor area is furnished for comfort. The house is in a quiet area with easy access to the A17, making it simple to visit cities like Aveiro, Coimbra, Porto, and Figueira da Foz. It’s 10 minutes from Praia de Mira and 15 minutes from Vagueira, Costa Nova, and Barra beaches, with restaurants nearby.
Public transport is within walking distance. There are 4 parking spaces on the main grounds, plus free street parking.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
There are pets on the property, but in a fenced area.
The pool is shared, open May to October, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. No parties, eating, or drinking in the pool.
Showering before entering is required.
Small toys like ping pong balls are not allowed.
