Cocoonr offers this charming 50 m² air-conditioned flat for rent in Antibes, less than a kilometre from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) - A bathroom Outside : The flat is ideally located in Old Antibes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport links : The flat is located in Vieil Antibes which is a pedestrian area, it is impossible to access the flat by car. The Q-Park car parks at Port Vauban and La Poste are 3-5 minutes away. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Antibes - Nearest airport: Nice Côte d'Azur Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the flat - The flat is located in a pedestrian area of old Antibes, next to the Place Nationale. Access by car is therefore not possible. - Due to its privileged location in the lively district of Old Antibes, occasional noise pollution from shops and pedestrian traffic may be experienced.
The flat has double-glazed windows to minimise noise pollution and provide a peaceful haven, although it may not be suitable for light sleepers. On site, you will be accompanied by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
