We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Château Rouge (line 4), is just a 7-minute walk.
CDG airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.
Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly.
A security deposit will be required for your stay.
The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property.
