This apartment is within walking distance of the Magenta - Maubeuge - Gare du Nord Bus stops and Barbès - Rochechouart commuter station, while Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is just 23.2km away. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that we also offer paid cleaning services during your stay: Complete package (cleaning + linen) Cleaning only Linen only If you would like to use this service, feel free to contact the team directly. A security deposit will be required for your stay.
The full amount will be refunded to your credit card if no damage is found by the property. It can accommodate up to 2 guests comfortably, which is ideal for couples or travellers who want to explore the city.

Teniendo en cuenta que estuvimos en ola de calor otro ventilador y un poco mas potente hubiera venido bien. También otra toalla de manos ya que solo había una para cuatro personas y 5 días
Tutto sommato a casa spaziosa. Era abbastanza pulita, non perfetto

La zona è abbastanza tranquilla, anche se pur in centro di grossi codomini.
La difficoltà di prendere la chiave.
E non c'è nessuna ti consegna l'appartamento. Le finestre nel bagno e nelle camere non si possono aprire su due camere.

Zu Fuß konnte man schon viel entdecken und über Metro die schnell zu erreichen war, lagen alle Hotspots.
Es gibt eine Bäckerei, einen Supermarkt und viele Restaurants im direkten Umfeld.
