A few minutes from the renowned seaside resorts of Caorle and Bibione, this welcoming B&B opens its doors to you in a splendid villa surrounded by greenery, perfect for those seeking peace, comfort and an authentic touch of Venetian hospitality.
The entrance to the B&B is through a large gate that leads along a tree-lined avenue, where it is possible to park comfortably. Climbing the stairs to a completely independent access, you will be welcomed by Mrs. Piera, the landlady: an attentive, friendly host always available to satisfy your every need with warmth and discretion.
The accommodation is developed in a spacious apartment with attention to detail. Inside you will find a bright living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a corner with fridge, kettle and cups to prepare a hot drink at any time. Breakfast, served every morning, is one of the most pleasant moments of the stay, with homemade desserts and genuine products prepared by Mrs. Piera
The sleeping area consists of a first bedroom with a single bed, wardrobe and a practical desk ideal for smart working, and a second double bedroom equipped with a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom, large and well finished, is complete with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
Outside, the large garden offers a true oasis of tranquility, with a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, 5x11 depth 1.50, perfect for cooling off on summer days. Guests can also use a barbecue to prepare tasty grilled meals and a covered table, ideal for outdoor lunches or dinners, perhaps enjoying the sunset in the quiet of the garden.
For those traveling by bicycle, a dedicated area is available for the storage and maintenance of bikes, making the B&B also perfect for cycle tourists who wish to explore the numerous routes among nature, rivers and villages in the area.
