We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Elliot Street, is just a 4-minutes walk.
Liverpool John Lennon is an 24-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). This charming 2-bedroom house in the Georgian Quarter is the perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm.

The house has two floors, separated by a set of 11 stairs.
The living room is furnished, featuring a sitting area, a TV for watching your favourite shows, and a dining table.
It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.
The living room features a sofa bed that pulls out into a double bed, while the bathroom and two bedrooms are located upstairs.
The area features floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto a furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement.
A washer is available for your laundry needs.
Upstairs, the first bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second has a double bed. Both rooms are tastefully decorated, and the beds are dressed with complimentary hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort and convenience.

Great place - great location, very near cathedral which we were going to for graduation and great cafe bars within two minutes

Fabulous property. Great location in Georgian Quarter, between both cathedrals. Only 15min walk to Bold Street (restaurants, bars). 20min to Liverpool One. Communication from owner was also very good. Highly recommended.

This was a great location from which to explore Liverpool. It's central for both the spectacular cathedrals and the buzz of Hope Street. We were able to walk to everywhere from the venue, which was perfect. The beds were comfy, the kitchen and bathroom well appointed, and the TV with all the channels was fabulous for relaxing after a hard day's exploring.
