We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station, Moorfields, is just a 6-minute walk. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a 28-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). Located in a vibrant central neighbourhood, you'll be just steps away from iconic attractions like Liverpool One Shopping Centre, the Royal Liver Building, and many more! With comfortable amenities, a convenient location and easy access to Moorfields train stations (a 6-minute walk), our studio is the perfect base for solo travellers or couples to explore the city's rich cultural heritage. Welcome to my studio! With a range of restaurants, bars, and shops in the surrounding area, you'll have everything you need at your doorstep. This studio is designed with open sleeping and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook some delicious homemade meals. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

We stayed in Liverpool for the Comic Con, the room itself was amazing, the building was a bit iffy, but that's not something the AirBnB owner can do something about.
The location is amazing being in the center of Liverpool, lots of great pubs and restaurants are nearby

Communication excellent (involved collecting a key from a nearby store - all very easy). Location fantastic - very central. Building itself - hallway not that nice, especially the lift. The flat itself is OK - compact and a well equipped kitchen. Heater good. Place could do with some TLC - especially the bathroom, with mould on tiles etc. But overall, a reasonable place.

The place itself was great, very easy to get anywhere. Only problem was therese was a humming sound from downstairs i think, by the bed. It was hard to fall asleep with it. But other than that definitely recommend
