This suite is a stunningly renovated room nestled in the heart of Oia's caldera, boasting breathtaking views from a balcony overlooking the sea. Completed in 2024, the accommodation provides a cozy double room adorned with a minimalistic design that complements the majestic beauty of the surrounding caldera.
The serene atmosphere, coupled with the room's energy and view, offers an indescribable experience of tranquility and awe. Please note the following house rules and additional information for your stay: - Prior approval from the host is required for any photoshoots or videoshoots within the premises. - Visitors are not permitted without previous consent from the host. - Requests for hosting parties or events will be considered, subject to additional charges. - International guests must present their passport, and guests from Greece are required to provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN or ΑΦΜ) at check-in. - In accordance with Greek legislation effective from January 1, 2024, an “Environmental fee” is applicable.
This fee amounts to 0.50 euros per day during the period from November 1 to February 29, and 1.50 euros per day from March 1 to October 31. Payment of this fee is required in cash upon arrival, for which a separate receipt will be issued, distinct from the receipt or invoice for the accommodation. This suite is a newly-renovated, serene double room with a minimalist design and stunning sea views from a balcony, nestled in Oia's caldera, offering a unique blend of comfort and majestic beauty.
