We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it was your own. This location is just a 10-minute walk from Casa da Música station, 13 minutes walk from Carolina Michaelis station, 2.1 km from São Bento station, 4.2 km from Campanha station, and 4.9 km from Vila Nova de Gaia station.
This convenient location is perfect for exploring Porto. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

The location of this property is the perfect place for exploring Porto. This location is home to Livraria Lello, Jardins do Palácio de Cristal, Porto Cathedral, Mercado Bom Sucesso, Casa da Música, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, and Ageas Porto Coliseum. La habitación 409 es la más pequeña.
El colchón es muy cómodo pero el somier se hunde.
Me gustó que hay cafetera de cápsulas y botella de agua, aunque no había nevera como la habitación estaba fría pues el agua también.
Buena limpieza, nada de ruido, dormimos genial y excelente gel.
La cisterna está medio rota y de vez en cuando echa agua.

The room was very good, the bed comfortable and the bathroom functional and clean but unfortunately room 401 is very noisy we had the bar restaurant La Casa Agricole just opposite with music until 2am

It was a good stay. There was a supermarket nearby and plenty of dining options. Access to the room was also very easy. The bathroom had everything you need. There are small things that could still be improved.
