Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation: - There are multiple bus stops that service the area. - The nearest Metro stop: Aliados: (7 min walking) - The nearest Train Station: S.bento: (12 min walking) - Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat. Before your check-in we will send you your pick-up keys and check-in options.
Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 100€ included. We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.

This property is gorgeous with fantastic views, a great location and wonderful amenities. While there is no washer, there is a laundromat very close. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The view really is the main feature, with the balcony being a great spot to sip wine and watch a sunset.

Very nice place to stay when in Porto! Centrally located, all transport options and sights are close by and within walking distance! Each room had a private bathroom with shower and toilet, very convenient! The terraces along both sides are also pleasant to use. The rooms are spacious and very bright! Highly recommended!

The flat is great, very nice and well located. The bed linen and towels are good quality. We had a problem with the drain in the guest bathroom on our last day, but as we were already leaving it didn't affect the overall experience. I recommend the flat and would stay again.
