If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

We're close to the centre and it's easy to walk to the tourist attractions and close to public transport.
Location and cleanliness.
The bathroom has a lot of damp seeping through the ceiling. Sometimes there is water on the floor. I suggest that this detail be reviewed

Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you need for quick and easy meals and the bed was very comfortable as well as the bathroom with separate sink, very comfortable.
