Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest Metro station, Casa da Música, is just a 5-minute walk. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. It is quieter and smaller than Rua de Santa Catarina. It is ideal for a pleasant walk, buying souvenirs and having a snack in one of its cafes.
