We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Daily Housekeeping available We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

L’immeuble n’est pas très bien insonorisé, on entend énormément les autres voyageurs notamment dans l’escalier mais à part cela le séjour était parfait.
Bonne situation géographique, très belle déco, lit xxl, propreté irréprochable et petite terrasse privative au top !

Logement très bien situé pour visiter Porto belle chambre et lits confortables le point faible est le plancher qui craque bruyamment au dessus des que quelqu’un marche et c’est vraiment dérangeant

É impossível conseguir descansar com os sons tanto da rua como do chão. Basta alguém levantar-se mais cedo que todos os quartos ouvem tudo o que se passa. Se fecharmos as janelas da rua, o quarto aquece demasiado, não havendo ar condicionado para balançar. A cozinha está mal equipada e, como as port...
