In the Gâtinais Regional Park, we welcome you to our tastefully decorated, 3-star cottage.
La Tonnelle Farm in Boulancourt, in the heart of the village, 1 hour south of Paris.
An authentic experience in a charming village located near the Fontainebleau Forest and its climbing boulders: Buthiers, Larchant, 3 Pignons, etc.
STAYS FROM 3 NIGHTS EXCEPT DURING HIGH SEASON.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAYS ARE FREE. Your cottage includes: - A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, gas stove, oven, refrigerator-freezer, and storage space. - Two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. - A bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, and toilet. Your outdoor space includes: - A small private enclosed garden, a large courtyard with a covered dining area, a barbecue, a relaxing garden furniture set, and a ping-pong table. - A storage area adjoining the cottage for storing bicycles, crash pads, etc. - 2 parking spaces in the courtyard. INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Water, gas, linens (beds made), internet, a baby crib, and a high chair. NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Electric heating (€0.25/kW) depending on the meter reading, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES: Cleaning fee €50* and towels €5/person. Nearby: In the village: • Café, grocery store, tobacconist, bread depot - Electric charging stations - Children's playground • Numerous marked hikes (starting from the town hall) - Pond (fishing, relaxation) - Tennis 1 km away: • Château d'Augerville with 18-hole golf course, bar-restaurant, spa, and indoor swimming pool. 3 km away: • Buthiers Leisure Island • Forests, rock climbing, swimming pool, treetop adventure course, indoor and outdoor climbing wall, astronomy center, and horseback riding. 5 km away: • Printing Museum Workshop *For companies traveling for business, a cleaning fee of €50 is required. We stayed here for about a week for the third time and had a very pleasant time again. The living and bathroom are very spacious and the beds are comfortable. The owners treat us with produce from their garden. We will visit again!

Séjour reposant. Calme du site. Proximité de la rivière Essonne. Fraîcheur de la maison très appréciable par forte chaleur.Et surtout gentillesse et prévenance des propriétaires.

Well equipped gite, good furnishings, comfortable large bed, good walk-in shower, fully enclosed site with secure garden for our dog. Electric blackout shutters on windows/doors at back of gite. Two additional outdoor rooms. Owners live close by off site, and gave us fresh produce from their garden...
