The studio apartment Bellevue Cannes with step-free interior in Cannes is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a mountain view.
The 25 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
This accommodation does not offer: Wi-Fi. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator.
This studio apartment features a private balcony for evening relaxation. This property provides access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (open from May 30 to September 30, 9 am to 7 pm), a garden, and an outdoor shower. The studio is set in a very quiet and secure residence, just a 5-minute walk from essential amenities such as a bakery, a supermarket, a pharmacy, 2 hairdressers, a laundry service, a restaurant, and public transport links.
La Croisette is around 15 minutes on foot, while Midi Beach is approx. 1 km away, or a 16-minute walk. A parking space is available on the property, and a parking space is available in a garage. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to respect the internal regulations of the residence and to observe quiet hours during their stay (no noise after 10 pm). This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste.

Die Gastgeberin war immer sehr nett und hat uns bei unserem einzigen Problem perfekt und schnell geholfen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, und das Pool ist sowieso perfekt! Versperrte, kostenlose Garage, alles da! Vielen Dank, wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!
