Die beiden Apartments müssen differenziert bewertet werden.
1. Das obere Appartement hat einen schönen Meerblick und ist gut ausgestattet, es funktioniert alles.
2. Das untere Appartement ist leider ohne Meerblick und mangelhaft:

Die Unterkunft entsprach der Beschreibung von Adriatic. Das Haus besteht aus zwei getrennten identischen Wohnungen mit einem offenen Wohnraum und Küchenzeile.
