By elevator or stairs you get to the second floor where it is located.
At the entrance there is a living room equipped with a large sofa and TV, with access to the terrace.
The kitchen is on the left with a self-contained and habitable environment, equipped with an extendable table, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and dishwasher. Various dishes and pots are present, along with cleaning products.
A glass door accesses the sleeping area where there are two bathrooms complete with shower and bathtub, a double bedroom with access to the terrace and a double bedroom with a small terrace.
Both rooms are equipped with large closets.
The entire apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms.
There is a parking space under the apartment with disabled climbs to get to the building.
Guest access
Guests have free street parking and private parking inside the condominium fence that is located right in front of the apartment.
