The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, and wine fridge.
Enjoy your meals at the large dining table or on the private balcony, which is furnished with garden furniture and offers a breathtaking view of the North Sea. Additionally, the kitchen features a Quooker, which provides instant hot and sparkling water. In the bathroom area, you’ll find two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers and a stylish design that blends both functionality and elegance.
An integrated infrared sauna in the shower completes the wellness offering. Many of the high-quality furnishings come from the Bornhold Manufaktur in Hamburg and were custom-made.
Brands like Schramm, ASCO, Jacaranda, Christine Knöcke, and VIPP stand for the quality and sophistication found throughout the apartment. Additional amenities such as underfloor heating, a washer-dryer, Wi-Fi, a private parking space, and a large smart TV add to your comfort.
Your four-legged friend is also welcome, as pets are allowed here.
After an extensive walk, there’s a dog washing area in the building’s basement for your furry companion.
If you bring or rent bicycles, you can securely lock them in the basement.

Eine wunderschöne Penthouse Suite mit Blick auf das Wattenmeer und den Lister Hafen. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man am Strand. Die tägliche Versorgung ist durch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe ermöglicht. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
