Villa Etchola is a charming early 19th-century holiday home in Lacanau, located on Avenue de la Plage, directly opposite Lake Lacanau.
Its prime location offers stunning lake views, creating an ideal setting for a getaway with family or friends. Just minutes away, you can enjoy the beaches of Lacanau Océan, easily reached by a forest cycle path (5 km)—perfect for cycling and hiking enthusiasts. Set in a traditional Landes villa full of character, the offered apartment is an independent unit resulting from the division of Villa Etchola into two distinct parts.
Fully renovated in 2014, it elegantly combines traditional architecture with a contemporary touch, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Its unique layout—with adjoining rooms, cozy alcoves, and open spaces—makes it a sociable place, especially suited for families.
