The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Barneville-Carteret offers you this charming 107 m² house for rent, 200 m from the beach, with an outdoor jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, an outdoor cabin with two beds, a shower room and a 250 m² garden.

The accommodation is on one level and comprises - 60 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200) - Bathroom with shower for two people - Separate WC In the outbuilding : - Bedroom 3: two single beds For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot and high chair on request, ironing board and iron, board games. Outside: - Jacuzzi for 5 people, open from April 15 to October 31 - 250 m² outdoor space - A 90 m² terrace surrounding the house, with furniture for enjoying fine weather. The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, pharmacy, doctors... Activities : - Barneville beach 200 m away - Nautical activities - Hiking and walking along coastal paths - Equestrian center - Parc Naturel Régional des Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (two spaces). As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Cap Cotentin bus less than 10 min walk away - Nearest train station: Valognes, 35 km away - Nearest airport: Caen - Carpiquet, 150 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fiber optics) - Pets are allowed in the accommodation (maximum 2 small dogs). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.
