Nice studio apartment located on the ground floor of a residential building with a shared garden (where you can park bicycles).
Please note: it is not possible to park just outside the house.
The closest parking (not guaranteed) is located in Via Prudenziana about 300m from the house. The house is accessed via steps from Via Prundenziana or there is a driveway uphill from the Salita Quarcino gate. Bar, pharmacy and small supermarket near the house. The 35m2 studio apartment is made up of a single room divided into a sleeping area with sofa bed and TV and a living area with gas hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle. Bathroom with bidet and shower cubicle. Additional services available to guests: WIFI, 2 fans, independent heating, washing machine Please note: NO A/C To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Como, equal to 2 euro per day is to be paid before arrival for overnight stays up to 4 nights.

L'appartement est idéalement situé, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. La cuisine permet de faire n'importe quel plat, il y a même un petit four. La salle de bien est spacieuse.Le seul point d'amélioration c'est le canapé lit, qui est un peu dure au bout de 3-4 jours
