The spacious bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom features a powerful shower, a toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is a sofa bed for 2 people in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking).

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Guests have sole access to all parts of the property.

You are also close to the Northern Quarter - A trendy neighborhood, with vibrant street art, bohemian bars and independent record shops. There's a Tesco Metro just around the corner for your grcery shopping, and the main Train ans bus stations are a short taxi ride away. The city centre is entirely accessible on foot from the apartment and you have plenty of amenities right on your doorstep. If you a travelling slightly further, there are local tram and bus stops just 5 minutes walk away. The main train stations are just a 10 minute walk away, from which there are rail links to the rest of the UK.
