The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 72 m² house for rent in Saujon, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area.

- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Lounge area with sofa bed and working space
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Exterior:
- A private, fenced 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Saujon, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage, which can accommodate a medium-sized vehicle, or on the street.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saujon, approx. 1 km away
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux, approx. 95 km
