Ground floor: living room with sitting area (sofa bed) and open fireplace, dining room and equipped kitchen.
Shower room and separate toilet. Beautiful spiral staircase to access the first floor: mezzanine with relaxation area (2nd sofa bed) and a large romantic attic bedroom with 1 bed 160. Parking and terrace 20 m away for the cottage.
Combination of noble materials (stone, wood, glass, metal) and personalized decoration for this quality renovation. Shared laundry room (presence of a large cottage nearby). Electric heating included.
Possibility of renting electric bikes in the town 2 km away.
Pets not allowed. Charges and supplements: Sheets and towels: €40 per couple and €20 for one person.
End of stay cleaning: €60. Wood: €30 per week Grosbois reservoir 10 minutes away (swimming, fishing) green environment with forest and marked hiking trails.
