It has a surface area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 9 guests.
It comprises a 70 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,500 m². Sheets and towels are included, so we're just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 70 m² living room with a lounge area, TV, and dining room - A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more - Bedrooms 1 and 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) - Two bathrooms with walk-in showers - Two separate toilets Upstairs - Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190) and one single bed - Separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, barbecue, fan, iron and ironing board. Outside: - A private, unheated 5x10m swimming pool open from May 1 to September 30 - A 20m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days - A 1,500m² enclosed garden The house is ideally located in Carcassonne, in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you can enjoy a soccer field, pétanque, and outdoor games. Activities: - Lake 100 m from the house, ideal for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, walking, cycling, and running. - Golf course 10 minutes away. - Tourist attractions: Carcassonne, Canal du Midi, Lastours Castles, Limousis Caves, Cabrespine Chasm, Fontfroide Abbey... Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot. For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Carcassonne train station 15 minutes away - Sud de France Carcassonne Airport 7 km away Other remarks: - Sheets and towels included - Pets accepted free of charge.

Maison grande et bien située Propriétaires très sympathiques malheureusement la maison est très sale. Les portes fenêtres ne se ferment pas et pas de détecteur incendie. Sinon la piscine est très bien nettoyée. Lits faits à l'arrivée et linge de maison propre
