The holiday apartment Mare E Monti is located in Genova and boasts a beautiful view of the Ligurian Sea.
The 85 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building, offering a beautiful view of the sea in Voltri.
Conveniently situated, there is a bar, a mini market, and a butcher shop directly under the house, with the train station just 50 m away.
Additionally, a bus stop is located right below the building, ensuring easy access to public transport. Parking is not available on the property, but there is parking on the street outside. Please note that the property is on the 5th floor, and there is no elevator (10 flights of stairs). Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets, smoking inside the apartment, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are kindly asked to treat the apartment with care and respect as if it were their own home. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices outside the accommodation. An electric vehicle charging station is available.
