On nearly 65sqm of air-conditioned attic space, divided into a bedroom, bathroom, living/dining room, as well as a kitchen, a spacious hallway, a storage room, and a balcony, it offers enough space to accommodate two people for a minimum of three nights per stay.
Arrival with children is possible due to the pull-out couch and a crib.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The bedroom features a made double bed, a wardrobe, and a sideboard, as well as air conditioning and a TV.
The windows can be darkened with blackout blinds.
In the living/dining room, you will find a dining table for four people, a pull-out sleeper couch that extends to 1.40m, a TV, and air conditioning.
Access to the south-facing balcony is from here, and the large window front can be darkened with heat protection blinds.
The view from the balcony over the vineyards is beautiful! In the bathroom, you will find both a shower and a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped – here you will find everything you need to prepare a small breakfast or an evening meal.
We have a Nespresso capsule machine, but also a drip coffee maker, a kettle with a selection of teas, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer drawer, and a basic supply of vinegar/oil/salt.
We are the Radermachers! Miriam, Lukas, and our two sons Gabriel and Jakob.
Since November 2025, our dog Mona has also been part of our family.
In July 2020, we moved into our own home and simultaneously began to create the vacation apartment "Kleines Ahrweiler" on the upper floor.
We have poured all our heart and soul into it to create a cozy atmosphere where you can truly enjoy your vacation! Our certified 4-star vacation apartment "Kleines Ahrweiler" is situated in the heart of the red wine metropolis Ahrweiler.
It is the ideal starting point for your vacation in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler and the Ahr Valley.
Enjoy Ahr wine in the historic old town of Ahrweiler, actively explore the red wine hiking trail, and simply feel good with us.
We look forward to welcoming you soon in our cozy yet modern vacation apartment in the beautiful Ahrweiler! A prepayment of 20% will be charged and transferred after booking.
The remaining payment is due by bank transfer 14 days before arrival.
Check-in is usually possible from 3 PM to 6 PM.
Check-out is possible until 11 AM.
Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation.
Please contact us in a timely manner for arrangements if necessary.
The key handover will take place personally on-site.
A baby travel bed and a high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
The tourist tax of €2.00 per person/night will be charged additionally on-site.
Additional fees incurred: - Charging station (Wallbox) for electric cars can be used upon request for an additional charge of €0.50 per kWh; the corresponding parking space is only available for the duration of the charging process directly at the house.
Payment will be settled using the corresponding chip card at the end of the stay and may be paid in cash or invoiced.
Arrival is on the booked date from 2 pm at the earliest.
A car parking space is available at the house.
We ask up to two days in advance to specify a period of arrival, so that we can ensure the personal handover of keys and introduction.
Departure is on the day of departure until 11 am.
