Discover this elegant and comfortable 150 m² villa located on the Colline Notre Dame de Vie in Mougins, just a few minutes' walk from the local shops.
With a vast 3,000 m² plot, this rental comprises :
- a lush garden with a terrace featuring a dining area and barbecue, and a pétanque court,
- a private outdoor swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 October) with sun loungers,
- a cosy living area with lounge and dining room,
- fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with bathtub,
- two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower,
- a fourth dormitory room with four (4) single bunk beds (two by two),
- three separate WCs,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- central heating, air conditioning throughout the house,
- high chair, cot, children's games, children's books,

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Aussicht, sehr komfortabel, grosser Pool.Für Mieter mit kleineren Kindern: im Pool kann man an keiner Stelle stehen.3 der Schlafzimmer liegen " in Reihe", können aber jeweils von der Terrasse betreten werden.Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Objekt ist recht schmal.In Summe aber ein Traumhaus.
