Four guests will appreciate the 80m2 floorplan designed for relaxation and bliss! Just steps from the door is your private pool - to be used only by guests of this villa and no one else! The indoors compete with the outdoor spaces of this villa- both are fabulous! The open floorplan allows for comfortable relaxation.
Outside there are poolside sun loungers and outdoor dining! The waters of Kalafatis Beach are like a painting on the horizon, It's an idyllic mini-resort that you'll have all to yourself! The spacious, eat-in kitchen is well-stocked for preparing meals with full-sized, modern appliances.
Everything you need is provided, including pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and stovetop.
A door leads directly to the pools, just steps away! The villa's stylish and comfortable sleeping arrangements resemble a high-end hotel! There is a well-appointed, spacious bedroom with a queen bed.

It's less developed, although it's dotted with nice villas in typical Cycladic style and a few hotels.

Kalafatis is just 11 km. from the vibrant nightlife of Mykonos Town and the airport.
The sparkling waters of Kalafatis Bay are about five minutes from Villa Ortus Navy.
Kalafatis Bay is the largest on the island and the only beach to receive "Blue Flag" status in recent years.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.
Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.
We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you.
However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
