It consists of a living room with kitchenette (4 induction hobs), fridge, dishwasher, double sofa bed (standard size), double bedroom, bathroom with shower.

The Residence is located only 250 metres from the beautiful beach of La Pelosa (entrance by reservation fee on the official website) and 4 km from the town of Stintino. The Residence consists of 56 flats divided into 5 groups. They can be on the ground floor with patio or on the first floor with terrace, equipped with table and chairs. Inside the structure there are shared facilities such as a swimming pool, barbecue and a play area. Swimming pool, washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use, wi fi, bicycles for free use subject to availability, barbecue area, air conditioning, furnished balcony or patio, unattended car park. A penalty of € 50.00 will be applied for failure to clean the kitchenette and a further € 50.00 for failure to dispose of waste.

Schön, Einrichtung des Apartments stilistisch gut gelöst.
Zu wenig Platz für 4 Personen, Couch unbequem zum Schlafen, Küchenausstattung zu wenig Utensilien um richtig kochen zu können, 1-2 Bilder oder zusätzlicher Spiegel an den Wänden wäre schön, Kleideraufbewarung schlecht gelöst.

Die Beschreibung und Bilder versprechen genau das, was man bekommt. Eine schöne Anlage, die an einem unterschönem Strand gelegen ist. Leider nur der Check-In um 17 Uhr war spät. Sonst alles super!

Mooi en goed onderhouden kleinschalig appartementencomplex. We hadden een appartement aan de achterkant maar wel met een mooi uitzicht op zee.
Eigenlijk niets, alleen dat het appartement met een afgesloten verbindingsdeur naar ander appartement wel zorgt dat het wat gehorig wordt met de buren.
