Our Studio Loft with a generous floor space of 220 m2 is perfect for groups of up to 10 people.
You can start the "perfect dinner" in our open kitchen with a large dining table.
Our long window front on both sides gives you a wide view of Hafencity and the urban Brandshof.
The new landmark of Hamburg, "The Elbtower" is in the immediate vicinity.
Parks, cycle paths and footpaths or the Elbbrücken S-Bahn are all within easy reach. Cozy, bright film loft studio on 190 square meters I had the opportunity to redesign a place in my youth where many things began and many things ended.
My intention when fitting it out and furnishing it was to create a cozy, bright space with lots of depth.
A design language of old and new with lots of processed plywood, maritime pine and oak make the loft a cozy place. The location is mainly available for film, photo and advertising production. For families or small travel groups who want to be together in an undisturbed place to visit the metropolis of Hamburg, all doors are open to you. Start-up & Co-Working Place A popular option for start-ups or companies who check in and work with us in small teams.
