The holiday apartment White Residence is located in Riva del Garda, in a very central position just a few meters from Lake Garda, with mountain views.
The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a full bathroom, and can comfortably accommodate up to four people. The apartment is situated in a modern building equipped with an elevator and step-free access.
However, please note that the second bedroom is on an upper level within the apartment, accessible via a rather steep and narrow internal staircase.
For this reason, it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility or motor difficulties. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and a baby cot available on request.
In the surrounding area you will find supermarkets, restaurants, bars, sports shops, bike rentals, surf schools, and a tennis court reachable within a 15-minute walk. A private parking space and a garage parking space are included in your stay.
A convenient self check-in system is available. Important note: pets are not allowed.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
