Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 200 m² air-conditioned house in Saumont, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. It features a lovely 50 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 1,000 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor
- 50 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood provided)
- Dining room
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 : king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 5: two single beds (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
- Bathroom with bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A beautiful private garden of 1,000 m², planted with trees and not enclosed.
The house is ideally located in Saumont, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (6 vehicles maximum, including 1 covered space).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Agen 22 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulouse-Blagnac 120 km
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- The fireplace is functional and wood is provided.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
