In a rural location, surrounded by the owner's lush green farmland, holiday home Casa Oliva stands as an established traditional stone villa with a private pool. Situated on the outskirts of the small village of Juricani, near Umag in Istria, this charming holiday home was originally built in 1920 and underwent significant renovations in 2004, transforming it into a delightful blend of tradition and modernity.
Nestled away from bustling resorts, Casa Oliva offers a peaceful retreat to explore the beautiful Istrian countryside. Approximately 20 meters from the neighboring villa (Casa Peronospora), this detached villa is set in its well-kept gardens.
The spacious lounge/dining area downstairs is comfortably furnished, featuring a dining table and chairs for relaxed meals with family and friends. In the living area, you'll find a convertible sofa bed and a traditional wood-burning stove, enhancing the cozy atmosphere. wir haben einen wunderbaren, sehr individuellen 14tägigen Urlaub gehabt. Das Haus ist komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Schöne gepflegte Außenanlagen, ein eigener Pool, Grillplatz, und man wird durch nichts gestört. In der Umgebung liegen viele schöne Ziele, die man mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad gut erkunden kann.

Beautifully restored and furnished villa in the Istrian countryside. Magical pool and outside space. Rural but the coast is a pleasant hour walk away and Umag and Novigrad are both close for shopping, restaurants, etc. Friendly and responsive local host. Highly recommended.
