The holiday home Casinha Saragoça e Vergueiro is located in Ponte de Vagos and is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway.
This 50 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, books, and children's toys.
A cot and high chair are available.
Enjoy a private open terrace, ideal for unwinding at the end of the day. Guests have access to shared outdoor facilities, including a swimming pool, children’s garden, and barbecue area.
The outdoor space is furnished for your convenience.
The house is in a quiet area with easy access to the A17, making visits to Aveiro, Coimbra, Porto, and Figueira da Foz simple.
It’s 10 minutes from Praia de Mira and 15 minutes from the beaches of Vagueira, Costa Nova, and Barra.
Public transport is within walking distance.
There are 4 parking spots in a garage on the main property and free street parking.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
There are pets on the property, kept in their own secure area.
The pool is shared.
The swimming season runs from May to October, from 9 am to 8 pm. Parties, eating, or drinking inside the pool are not allowed.
Showering before entering the pool is mandatory.
Small toys are not permitted in the pool to protect the skimmers.
