La tranquillité du lieu.
Logement très négligé (saleté et moisissures). Climat particulier avec brouillard quotidien à partir de 17h, situation connue de tous ! Maison froide et humide l’arrivée nécessitant de faire du feu 4 matinées d’affilée, puis arrêt car plus de bois ! Globalement déçu car les photos et la description de l’annonce ne laissaient penser à ces inconvénients.
