Located in the historic center of Florence , the Bella Benci Florence apartment has everything you need for a comfortable vacation.
Just 3 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Santa Croce, Uffizi, Piazza Pitti and a stone's throw from the main sights. Located in a 1500 building with frescoed rooms, known as Palazzo Bardi Tempi, historic home of the Alberti Family whose coat of arms is clearly visible on the exterior facade. The 160 m² property consists of a living room, two kitchens, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 10 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated home office workspace, four smart TVs with streaming services, air conditioning, two washers and a dryer Near the apartment, there are stores, markets, bars, and restaurants, while a convenient supermarket is around the corner. The apartment offers stylish, contemporary accommodation that has recently been renovated. A paid parking lot is about 100 m away, while the bus stop is right in front of the property.
This apartment can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
Families with children are welcome.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking and parties are not permitted.
Guests are required to observe quiet hours during their stay (no noise from midnight to 8 a.m.).
The facility offers two fully equipped kitchens.
A chauffeured shuttle service can be arranged for transfers from the airport or station upon request.
Sightseeing excursions and golf course reservations can be arranged.
The property has guidelines to help guests properly sort waste.
