The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern induction stove, allowing you to prepare delicious meals independently.
The bathroom, also renovated, features an elegant shower box.

For those arriving by car, there is a private parking space available, eliminating any parking worries.
The location is truly ideal: in just 800 meters on foot, you can reach the center and the beautiful beach on the seafront.
