Cet appartement en rez-de-jardin à Cabourg est conforme à sa description. Le logement est fonctionnel et dispose d'un équipement complet. Son atout majeur réside dans sa vue directe sur la mer, une caractéristique rare et recherchée pour un bien situé en rez-de-chaussée sur ce secteur.

Rien a dire sur la qualité de l'appartement en dehors du manque de congélateur.
Par contre deux points négatifs qui devraient être signalés aux futurs locatairers.
Les escaliers très difficiles pour des personnes agées et pour monter les bagages.
Les difficultés de stationnement qui l'été doivent être énormes et même en juin
