The holiday home, built in 1999 and renovated in 2024, is modernly furnished. The property is located in a lively area, in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is also popular due to its sunny location by the water. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, Hollywood swing, campfire site, and courtyard.

Siófok. The holiday home is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars in the town (1500 m).
