This is another one of our minimal design lofts meant to be aesthetically, pleasing, cozy, and pleasant.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and downstairs leaving/dining area.
There is also a private sleeping area tucked in the back of the downstairs floor.
The upstairs sleeping area is an open loft featuring smart TV and attached to your own rooftop patio.
Arrival / Departure: Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM ** Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be available at an additional cost of $50! The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones.
Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property.
