Experience urban living in our spacious loft apartment in Little Italy, San Diego! Our loft features a plush king bed, 1.5 bathrooms and an ample living room area with 2 sofa beds to keep guests comfortable day and night.
Floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the beautiful Little Italy Scenery, and of course a nice balcony to enjoy your morning java Relax and unwind while watching TV or sipping coffee on the balcony.
The open layout and modern decor create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Ideal for couples, families, or friends, our loft is your perfect home base for exploring the vibrant Little Italy neighborhood. Arrival / Departure: Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 11:00 AM ** Early Check-in or Late Check-out may be available at an additional cost of $100! Please let us know if you are interested.( subject to availability and must be paid before arrival) Complementary parking spot for vehicles shorter than 16ft The nightly rate includes two (2) guests.
Any additional guests beyond that will be billed at $30 per person/night.
Please ensure that you enter the correct number of guests so we know how many linens to leave in the unit for you. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones.
Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property. Please note that this property is actively monitored.
On-site management and security are present, and the building is equipped with security cameras operating 24 hours a day. Any violations of house rules, including unauthorized gatherings or excessive noise, will be enforced without exception. As part of Airbnb’s policy, we want to kindly share that this home is located in the heart of San Diego.
Like any lively city, you may hear the usual outdoor sounds of urban life—such as people enjoying the neighborhood, traffic passing by, dogs, birds, or occasional construction in the area.
