Total Capacity: Sleep 9 on real beds, with an optional air mattress to host up to 11. Peace & Quiet in the City We know San Diego! While our neighborhood is famous for the planes that pass overhead, we’ve prioritized your comfort.
Our double-pane windows and high-efficiency central air keep the interior remarkably quiet and cool, allowing you to enjoy the urban energy outside and total serenity inside. Outdoor Living Start your morning on the private terrace with a fresh espresso, or unwind with a cocktail after a day of exploring.
It’s the perfect "slow-down" spot just steps away from the city's best nightlife. The City of San Diego Municipal Code, Section 59.5.04 states reduced noise levels must be maintained within the City of San Diego generally between the hours of 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. in residential zones.
Violating this is subject to INSTANT eviction from our property. Use Uber/Lyft not to mention there`s all kinds of bike and scooter sharing companies where you can easily get instant access to thousands of fun zippy rides!
