Welcome to Casa Martina, a beautiful holiday home nestled in the heart of the peaceful, forest-surrounded village of Šumber, just 9 km from Labin and 14 km from Rabac.
This unique holiday home is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and privacy in an authentic Istrian setting.
The spacious fenced property offers a private pool, sun loungers, an outdoor grill for preparing meals, garden furniture, football goals, a badminton net, and a children’s playground with swings.

Casa Martina consists of three separate buildings.
The main building, located on the ground floor, features a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms.

The owner lives on the first floor of the main building but ensures complete privacy for guests.

La casa è molto accogliente, con molte possibilità di svago (piscina, rete da pallavolo, piccole porte da calcio, Ping pong al coperto, freccette, badminton, divanetti all’aperto...).
