The "APARTAMENTO FRENTE OCÉANO" is located in Tenerife, in the beautiful Playa Martianez in Puerto de la Cruz.
This charming studio, fully renovated and carefully decorated, can accommodate up to four guests, with one bedroom and a living area featuring a fully equipped private kitchen.
You will find a refined and elegant bathroom.
The apartment offers private high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine and dishwasher with appropriate detergents, as well as personal hygiene products and other comforts. The access is barrier-free and elevators ensure easy mobility; outside, you will find a communal garden.
The private pool, recently renovated, is located on the 7th floor, with a large solarium where you can admire the ocean, Mount Teide, and the beautiful Puerto de la Cruz.
On the same floor, there are restrooms with showers.
Towels and sunbed towels are provided free of charge by the host.
Parking is available both in the internal courtyard and on the adjacent street. Events are not allowed inside the apartment and smoking is prohibited.
Public transport is easily accessible on foot.
The condominium is at the beginning of the Sant’Elmo promenade, where you will find bars, restaurants, shops, and boutiques up to Plaza del Charco.
Nearby are the wonderful Lago Martianez pools, designed by architect Cesar Manrique, and the Sant’Elmo Hermitage.
There is also an excellent shopping center close by with quality products for daily needs and other necessities. The owners live on site, but not in the booked apartment.
An airport shuttle service is available on request for both airports and/or for personal needs, for an extra fee. HOSTING UNREGISTERED PERSONS IS NOT ALLOWED.
