Expansive glass sliders create a seamless transition between the stylish, open-plan living area and your private backyard paradise. **Indoor Space:** * **Living Room:** Plenty of comfortable seating, a 55" streaming-ready Smart TV, and a sofa bed for additional guests. * **Kitchen:** A fully-equipped, modern kitchen featuring all-new appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, air fryer, and blender. * **Dining:** A dining table for six, with extra seating for two at the kitchen counter. **Bedrooms (Sleeps 8):** * **Master Bedroom:** A serene retreat with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, room-darkening curtains, and direct access to the pool. * **Bedroom 2:** Features a space-saving Queen-sized Murphy bed and room-darkening curtains. * **Bedroom 3:** Contains a cozy Full-sized bed and room-darkening curtains. * **Living Room:** Includes a comfortable sofa bed. **Outdoor Paradise:** Your private backyard is a sun-drenched haven designed for fun and relaxation. * Sparkling swimming pool * In-ground hot tub * Fire pit for evenings under the stars * Expansive patio with a gas grill * Alfresco dining table for 8 * Shaded lounge area * Outdoor games including cornhole, bocce ball, and Jenga. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging platform or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. * **City of Palm Springs ID #:** 052578 * **City Requirements:** The City of Palm Springs requires a separate rental agreement to be signed prior to your arrival.
You will also need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will be parked at the property. * **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour.
Please request this service in advance. * **Pool Heating:** The pool can be heated for an optional fee of $99 per night (2-night minimum). Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to arrange this service. * **For Kids:** We can provide 2 highchairs and 2 Pack ‘n Plays upon request at no extra charge.
Please let us know in advance if you need them. * **Cancellation Policy:** Please refer to the platform's cancellation policy for details on refunds.
Please note that a 5% service charge will be applied by the host to all approved refunds to cover processing fees.

It was very nice and we enjoyed it there but a few things were not so good. Some of the kitchen utensils and handles in the kitchen were sticky and some of the plates weren’t clean! The house is amazing and was actually much better than the pictures on hotels.com/booking.com showed. The house is perfect and have all the things for both a short and long term stay. The private pool was perfect.
