In the residential area of Saint-Gauderique, ground floor apartment with independent entrance, comprising: a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm) air conditioning, a bedroom-living room (1 sofa bed for 2 people) air conditioning, a bathroom (with toilet). The cottage opens onto a tree-filled courtyard with a terrace equipped with garden furniture, some relaxation and a barbecue.
Possibility to park your vehicle in the enclosed courtyard (small vehicle type clio), or in the street (free parking). You are 20 minutes walk from the historic center of the city, in a quiet area and a street without much traffic.
Less than 200 m away, you can access all the shops and services.
Bus stop a few steps away for urban services and bus station (1€ bus serving the entire department). Nearby, visit the Sant Vicens park and its ceramics workshop.
The owners live upstairs, and provide their washing machine.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour malgré la chaleur. Bonne climatisation. Commerces et transport commun à proximité. Seulement un problème le soir. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Jardin agréable.

Excellent séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillies.Logement spacieux tout confort avec tout le nécessaire fourni (serviettes de toilette, draps…), ce qui est très appréciable.Entrée indépendante avec sa propre cour intérieure (mobilier de jardin).Très bien situé avec des commerces de proximité et à 15/20 mn du centre ville de Perpignan à pieds.Je recommande cette location.
