Welcome to Perpignan, a city in the south of France located between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees Mountains.
Visit the Castillet at the entrance to the old town and the Palace of the Kings of Majorca, perched on a hill, which offers breathtaking views of the red roofs and surrounding mountains.
After a day of sightseeing, enjoy its sun-drenched terraces and savor Catalan cuisine, seafood, and Roussillon wines. A few kilometers away, the beaches of Canet, Collioure, and Argelès-sur-Mer offer superb Mediterranean landscapes, while the hinterland offers beautiful hikes and cultural discoveries. On a quiet street, a 10-minute walk from the city center, this apartment, located on the first floor of a 19th-century building where the owners reside, features: - Large, bright living room - Equipped kitchen area with a dining area featuring a high table and two high chairs - Bedroom 1: Two 90x190cm beds that can be combined to form one 180x190cm bed - Shower room - Separate toilet Free parking is available on a small street with moderate traffic.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et le gîte est splendide. Il est une bonne base pour des excursions à pied au centre historique de Perpignan ou avec la voiture jusqu'à la mer ou jusqu'aux Pyrénées et à Barcelone. Merci aux propriétaires pour toutes les informations sur la région et pour leur attention et leur serviabilité.

Ce gîte est très agréable,spacieux, lumineux, proche du centre ville. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, sympathiques. Le centre historique de Perpignan est vraiment superbe, dommage que les extérieurs soient aussi sales ( papiers,déchets ++),( faire remonter les infos en mairie).Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances.
