Welcome to our newly refurbished cozy apartment in the heart urbanization of Azul Beach!
Upon entering, you will be welcomed by a simple, but modern space designed foryour maximum comfort.
We intended to create a home atmosphere for our guests.The apartment is fully fitted with all the amenities you need to make your stayconvenient, and enjoyable. A fully open and equipped kitchen is connected with a spacious living & dining area,which allows you to enjoy the time spent in the apartment. Amazing weather in Costa Blanca with around 300 sunny days in a year, the uniqueMediterranean climate, and the effect of the salt lakes that are in this area, you will certainly appreciate the time to rest, relax, rest, and recharge your energy on our terrace which is accessible directly from the living room! From there, you have a view to the beautiful community area with swimming pools, resting zone, but also there is a stunning sea view of La Mata beach. Our apartment has a 2-bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and 1 with two single beds.
Additionally, there is one 1 bathroom. The neighborhood of the apartment offers all sorts of local restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and simply all you might need for daily life. The Costa Blanca is an ideal place and offers a variety of sports activities for all ages - from water sports - swimming, paddle surfing, surfing, kayaking, snorkeling... but also tennis, beach volleyball, running, hiking, cycling, or the very popular GOLF - is a premier golf destination with several quality golf courses spread throughout the province including our Villa Martin, but also others such as Lo Romero Golf, Golf Las Ramblas, La Finca, Las Colinas. If you are a traveler and explorer, you ended in heaven, because, Costa Blanca - over 200 kilometers of Mediterranean coastline in the Alicante province, on the south-eastern coast of Spain.
The area of the White Coast is known for having something for everyone, from the vibrant nightlife of Benidorm to the many golden sandy beaches, a wealth of history with picturesque Moorish villages, delightful olive and orange groves, enchanting lagoons, and green terraced hills. We look forward to having you and making sure that your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible, so you can fully take the benefit of all that Costa Blanca offers to its guests.

Het huis is ongeschikt voor overwintering, dit in verband met de ligging van het huis op het terras is in deze tijd nooit de zon aanwezig en daar kom je toch voor. Dit dient wel vermeld te worden bij de Booking. De foto in de advertentie geeft de indruk dat er wel zon op staat maar de ligging is aan de andere zijde.

La casa estaba súper bien, con todas las comodidades posibles, no faltaba de nada. Súper cerca de la playa y muy bien la piscina y el garaje!
Por poner un pero, diría que la zona es demasiado tranquila, no hay siquiera un paseo marítimo y unos puestos para comprar regalos.
La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas cómodas vacaciones.

Me encantó el jardín y las piscinas.
