A 300 m² stone farmhouse, renovated in 2024, located in the quiet countryside, 6 km from the Loire, 20 km from Ancenis, 35 km from Angers, and 52 km from Nantes, with a superb view of the meadows and horses of the owners' equestrian center.
Private parking on the property.
Unfenced 600 m² garden with a pétanque court and two covered terraces, one with a summer kitchen (plancha) and garden furniture, and the other with a spa.
Ground floor: spacious and bright living room with kitchen/utility room/living room/lounge with billiards and TV, relaxation area (1 step) with table football and a second TV, gym (treadmill, rowing machine, weights, etc.) + steam room, shower room, and two separate toilets.
Upstairs: 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms/WCs (1: two twin beds (90x200cm) + high-quality sofa bed (140x190cm), 2-3-4-5: 160x200cm bed, 6: 140x190cm bed + high-quality sofa bed (140x190cm).
